WHAT IS NUCCA?
NUCCA is a very accurate and non-invasive process we use to reduce problems in the nervous system of our patients who have head, neck and other pain. After x-rays we then use mathematical measurements to precisely find where the unique misalignment pattern is for each patient.
When we understand where the misalignment is it allows us to use posture rather than further x-rays to guide alignments. Also, because of the use of NUCCA and specific x-ray measurements there is often less need for repeated visits to our office for our patients saving them time and money.
THE NUCCA PROCESS
To get started with the NUCCA process we will determine our patient's needs in a consultation. We learn about our patient's injury or symptoms, take their measurements, and discuss with them if NUCCA is a good method for their pain. NUCCA requires using endorsed measuring tools to evaluate our patient's standing posture. We will also give our patients a physical exam where we can measure the length of both legs to see if they are aligned. After this process, the doctor will determine if their spine is out of balance or misaligned.
The NUUCA spinal corrective procedure is based on measured and tested procedures which have been developed over the past 80 years and continue to be very successful. Some of the areas they have been documented to work well in are migraine headaches, brain function, dizziness, allergies, chronic sinus infections, Fibromyalgia, TMJ, injuries, sciatica and more. Patients reported much fewer days spent in pain with sometimes as few as one NUCCA treatment!
